On the other side: All my 16 Bit 44,1 kHz AIF-files are listed in the correct genre, but the composer-tags of these files are obviously not recognized. (Screenshots: 06_Hres_Emby, 07_Hres_iTunes, 08_Overview_Wrong_Genre) It seems that all my HRES files 24 Bit 96 kHz or 24 Bit 192 kHz are wrong listed as genre: 32īUT the composers of these albums are indexed/recognized in the database. Screenshot under iTunes: 04_Composer_Pärt_iTunes (with tech Info: 05_Info_iTunes) - Not listed as composer under emby.

(Emby is listing only 23 composers, under iTunes I have 255 - Screenshots: 02_Missing_Composers and 03_Composers_under_iTunes) The wrong genre is: "32" ?Īlthough all files are tagged the same way, not all composers are listed under emby. Some files are not recognized correct in genre as "Classical".

ZIP attached terminal session output is:Ĭode: Select all Expand view Collapse view ~ $ VBoxManage list usbhost With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip, and attach the zip here. I should add that my Linux user is a member of the vboxusers and vboxsf groups If I move to another computer, running native Win 10, the windows application - VinyllStudio - behaves as expected with the USB audio device.Īny advice on where I should start looking for the cause of the problem? But I cannot get any audio data from the USB device into the Win7 app - the audio recording levels sit at zero.
Vinylstudio error 32 thr driver#
It even recognises that there is an ASIO driver for it - which installed correctly in Win 7. If I start my main Windows app - VinylStudio - that app can also 'see' the attached USB audio device and correctly identifies it for input at least. If I start Win 7 I can 'see' the USB Audio device in the part of the VB (not the Win 7) window and correctly set a USB filter for it, but I can not then get any data into any app running under Mint. If I run VB but do not start a guest OS, I can still read and write audio data in Mint. If I do not run VB I am able to get audio data via the USB into and out of a Linux Mint app - Audacity for example.

What I cannot do is get data into a Win 7 app (VinylStudio) from a USB attached Audio device - a Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface by Focusrite (a well respected device sold world-wide).

Within Win 7 I can see USB connected hard drives and flash drives and bidirectionally swap data with Mint applications. My guest OS is Windows 7, updated to latest service level (which only took 30 hours non-stop running!)
Vinylstudio error 32 thr 64 Bit#
I'm running VB 5.1.14 64 bit under Linux Mint 18.1 XFCE. Please note this post is about not-getting data via USB it is NOT about failing to connect to USB
